Lifestyle Furniture, based in the North West of England, are one of the leading online retailers of solid hardwood furniture in the UK. Specialising in selling Oak, Pine, Indian and Painted Furniture, all of their furniture has been crafted from natural wood and hand finished by skilled craftsmen.
This business had been running Google Shopping to produce new revenue for their business but didn’t believe they were getting the value they should be.
Our analysis showed underutilised account structuring and over optimisation of negatives after many years and many cooks, leading to a messy black box of an account overall. After structuring into a new priority-based build and working through a 2-month process of resetting & rebuilding negatives we were able to reduce recorded cost per sale by more than 35% across their ranges.
Additionally, we provided detailed sales analysis that highlighted new potential revenue opportunities, markets & trends to follow that hadn’t previously been demonstrated by agencies before our time. We implemented over 1,000 changes to the sales feed and product pages based on our data, optimising both for the Google Shopping ranking algorithm & conversion rate potential.
The net result of our work was a 45% uplift in revenue against consistent costs.
